50 of my film photos that completely missed the mark (and that I shouldn’t be ashamed to share)
This ain’t it chief!
I waste a lot of frames when I shoot film. Like, a lot a lot. When I get my rolls back from the little shop where I get them processed and scanned, nearly half of the photos are absolute trash. Sometimes they’re blurry, other times I shot from the hip and missed my subject completely. And then there’s all those times that I thought the idea was so clever, but the execution completely missed the mark.
So, instead of letting those misfits sit around on my drive collecting digital dust, I thought I’d share them all with you. Get ready to cringe along with me as you try to figure out, just like I did, what the hell I was thinking when I took it.
Comment down below with “I see what you were trying to do with _____,” if you can sort it out.
All of the shots were taken on a Konica Big Mini BM-201, Konica C35, Fuji S, or Nikon F60 with a 50mm f/1.8 lens. Without digging out my negatives, let’s just say the rolls were all different kinds of film not worth mentioning (it was a lot of random stuff).
